With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including seven years at the Director level in global organizations, I bring a wealth of knowledge in business transformation, leadership, and organizational change. Throughout my career, I have successfully led major change initiatives, from integrating companies post-acquisition to expanding businesses into new territories and implementing offshore workforce strategies. My leadership journey has also given me firsthand insight into the complexities of corporate life, particularly as a Black woman at the executive level.

While I now run a private counselling practice, I continue to offer business consultancy services in both the private and public sectors.

My approach is unique. I combine corporate expertise with a deep understanding of organizational psychodynamics, helping businesses navigate change while considering the human and cultural factors that drive success.

I believe that the success of any organizational change is deeply tied to how well it is embraced by employees.
